FABRIC
Shore Inflatables
are made of 1,100 Dtex 3rd Generation UV-resistant PVC fabric
with a polyester support having excellent resistance to tearing,
puncture and abrasion. Our PVC is more puncture resistant than
Hypalon and similar in abrasion resistance at about one third of
the cost. |
|
 |
SEAMS
Seams are overlapped by one inch and reinforced with seam tape
both outside and inside for extra durability. To maximize
adhesive strength, we use Polyurethane glue that resists heat
and sea water.
|
|
 |
INSIDE CHAMBER
Inner baffles on
Shore Inflatables
boats not only keep individual air chambers completely sealed
for safety, but also are designed to equalize air pressure
between the chambers.

 |
MARINE PLYWOOD
Transoms of
Shore Inflatables
use marine plywood painted with UV gray resin. This offers high
durability and protection against not only sea water but UV
rays, fuel and oil. |

HIGH PRESSURE AIR FLOOR
The advantages of an air floor are its lightweight and ease of
use. You can roll up or unroll your boat without having to
remove or install the floor. High Pressure Inflatable Air Deck
Floor offers impressive rigidity yet allows your boat to
accelerate quicker and run faster using less horsepower than
comparably sized "hard floor" boats.

MARINE GRADE PLYWOOD FLOOR (SD 430)
Heavy-duty quality marine grade plywood with aluminum frames for
provides a rigid and durable structure. |

DEEP INFLATABLE V-KEEL
The inflatable keel gives you directional control and tracking
stability. Keel is reinforced with a heavy duty rubbing while
double layers of fabric on tube bottoms provide extra
protection. |

Why By a Shore Inflatable?
Safety - you will be hard pressed to find a safer, more stable boat than an
inflatable. We have even stood our trusty crew all on one of
the tubes to prove this, but don`t try this with any other type of boat.
Remember, Always wear your Personal Flotation Device!
Quality -
Shore Inflatables are well built with hand
made seams and 1100 denier PVC.
Service - We stand behind our boats and will do what it
takes to make sure you enjoy your boat so that you tell others about us. We
spend the time to make sure you get the right boat for your needs and know how
to properly care for your boat for maximum product lifetime.
They're Sustainable 3 ways:
1) Environmentally: The light weight of our air floor inflatables requires
less horsepower to perform and therefore uses less fuel and produces less
emissions. The light weight also lends our boats to operation with electric
motors. They're easy and fun to row as well - oars included! Less weight means
less materials used in fabrication too.
2) Economically: You won't find a better boat at a better price. Go ahead
ahead and try! Then check out a Shore
Inflatable!
3) Socially: With the fantastic buoyancy of our inflatable boats, you can
load more of your friends and gear into a
shore inflatable than almost
any other type of boat the same length.
